The self contained Annexe comprises:-

Kitchen with plumbing for washing machine and includes, if required, micro-wave, new fridge, washing machine, gas cooker.

Shower room, wash basin, toilet,

Living room, TV point, separate phone line, double socket, storage cupboards, 3 wall lights.

Bedroom 2 wall lights, double socket and fitted wardrobe.

The annexe has it's own separate central heating boiler and could provide either additional income as rented accommodation or be used for variety of purposes including an office or elderly persons flat.
